Google & Facebook Could Tip Enterprise Software Scales

Enterprise software might not seem like a hotbed for innovation, but it soon could be. While we weren’t looking, born-on-the-Web companies such as Google and Facebook are poised to rewrite the old enterprise software rules. Oh yeah, there’s a lot to be learned from these companies, one Twitter as well, they’re growing quickly. Google is facing some competition from facebook and Twitter recently while Microsoft is facing some competition with Google and forcing them to think out-of-the-box and get out of the comfort zone. Google was already doing that as far as web was concerned but now their OS is going to really worry Microsoft. Rules will change and are changing, they’ll come out of those dumb rules they made for everyone because if they don’t get flexible, they may lose their position.
