Is Your Company Ready for Social Business?

Andrea Goldberg gave this webinar about how to improve a business’s social media marketing. Do you want to understand how to grow your business and reap the benefits of social business?  Do you want to ensure that your social media marketing strategies have the proper organizational infrastructure to succeed?  Are you aware of the organizational, cultural and leadership challenges social business brings with it?  Do you know what tools are available to make your organization more open, participative and effective?

In Andrea’s free 30-minute Biznology® webinar, attendees learned that the key to effective social media marketing programs often starts with changing employee roles and the organizations that they are a part of.  Her webinar explored the emerging area of social HR and revealed how some of the most innovative and successful organizations have used social tools to  transform jobs, ensure employee goals are tied into organizational strategies,  reward individual and team social participation, and improve employee engagement and customer relationships.
