I don’t pick up a newspaper very much anymore, but I read a few last month. Why? I was on vacation for three weeks and on a social media fast for those weeks and my first week back at work last week. The surprise for me was that social media behavior is so ingrained into my workday, that I really struggled in my week at work after not noticing much missing on my vacation.
