Adapting to a Social Media Fast

I don’t pick up a newspaper very much anymore, but I read a few last month. Why? I was on vacation for three weeks and on a social media fast for those weeks and my first week back at work last week. The surprise for me was that social media behavior is so ingrained into my workday, that I really struggled in my week at work after not noticing much missing on my vacation. I think that Google, for example, is more concerned that their advertising will be shut out of proprietary mobile networks than anything else.

Today technology are changing rapidly. Social media is playing a major roll in our daily life. Actually we all need and depending on the social media.
