Many local businesses look alike–it’s just a fact. If I dropped you into the middle of a dry cleaners in my town it would probably look a lot like a dry cleaners in yours. And there’s nothing wrong with that, until you try to market on the Web. Then, all of a sudden, there is no reason for your copycat business to be ranked any higher than anyone else’s. And you have no reason for customers to come to you over anyone else. Perhaps you’ve always gotten by with doing the same thing your competitors do. What can you do when you look like every other competitor online? To find out, check out my new post on Search Engine Guide, “Are you just following your competitors?”

This is sooooo true. And its not just any dry cleaners. Its all the same thing when it comes to gas stations, food chains and the goods in the grocery store. They seem to be offering ALL THE SAME thing over and over again but using a different branding.
Two thumbs up for your article on “Are you just following your competitors?”. What every entrepreneur should read and contemplate about.
