Thanks to Steve Bruner for his enthusiastic review of the book written by Bill Hunt and me, Search Engine Marketing, Inc., which at the moment is the top-selling search marketing book on Amazon. Bill and I have been very pleased by the kind reviews, which keep coming in, and we thank all those who have taken the time to read our book and told us what they think.

I just saw a nice review of the book I co-authored with Bill Hunt, Search Engine Marketing, Inc., from Todd Leyba on his blog. Our sales are steady but it’s always nice to see this kind of feedback.

Search marketing becomes specialized

When Carol Krol of BtoB Magazine interviewed me the other day for a story on how search marketing is becoming its own specialty, it rang true to me. Carol’s premise, supported by several interviews in her article, is that search marketing started as a sideline for most of us, on top of our other work, but now many are full-time search marketers. I am definitely seeing this trend, but I think it is just the beginning.
